This is your main source of income. Increase the size and number of the bases you control in order to increase your hourly income. Your hourly income, along with military achievements, will determine your assassination list price. You must first purchase the undevolped land in order to build the appropriate bases. When you build the base the undeveloped land is consumed. If selling a base or land will bring your income below your required upkeep you will not be able to make the sale. As you progress through the game more land and bases will become available. Especially early in the game it is important to buy bases and increase your income so that you can afford the weapons that will be available to you.
